The app

VibeLock (the macOS application) collects nothing. It makes no network requests, has no accounts, no analytics, no crash reporting, and stores only your own settings (allowed apps, preferences) locally on your Mac. Password verification for unlocking happens locally through macOS; your password is never stored or transmitted.

The app requires the macOS Accessibility permission solely to block keyboard and mouse input while locked. It does not log keystrokes — while locked it discards them.

This website

If you accept the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics (with IP anonymization) to understand which pages are useful. If you decline, no analytics run and no cookies are set. We use no advertising networks and no cross-site tracking.

Purchases

Payments and downloads are processed by Whop (whop.com), our merchant of record. Whop handles your payment details under its own privacy policy; we receive only what's needed to support your license (your email address and order details).
